Look at the colors: the two in the back are gone... more or less dead. That's why Minato's hair is so light, too.

The only thing that struck me as odd is that everyone is wearing stilts or something, since their legs are super tall. This is still amazing, though.

It's Minato. They were carrying him back since he fell asleep, remember?

All of the official artwork/cutscenes have characters drawn with really long legs, this artist was just copying the style. And he nailed it.

Yeah, I noticed they did that for P4 as well. I remember in one of the first animated cutscenes it's just like WHAT THE HELL WHO SWAPPED OUT KANJI FOR YAO MING

Still, it's pretty awesome.
