I think so. The text in the last panel is, from right to left, "Akagi-san", "itsumo", "a, arigatou". I'm no proper moon speaker (I've got a vocabulary of about 25 words, can only recognize about 60% of the hiragan,! and had to look up Akagi's page on the wiki to visually compare the kanji with the ones in the panel), but I think that could be translated as "Akagi-san, th-thank you for everything".
As always, hisahiko's Haruna is so adorably energetic and earnest.
