If you take a look at the rest of this artist hourly lines you'll notice that this admiral pulled an all nighter and became the unwillingly indirect target of one of Jinstsuu's scoldings (that dragged on for quite a while, at the very least for one hour).

This admiral does not only need a bit of sleep, he pretty much earned it (This artist's version of Sendai (other than your usual "Yasen-baka") is a really considerate lass ^^)
