"Feral instincts" works for any notably animalistic behavior, not just aggression. I don't think it works for just being startled by sudden loud noises, because that's hardly unique to cats - but it might work for Kasumi playing with the plastic bag.
Don't startle a cat while it's inside a plastic bag. When I accidentally did that to my cat once, she decided that it's time to escape, but somehow got her head stuck in the bag handle. She then proceeded to run nonstop for about three minutes, wrecking chaos around the whole house with the bag fluttering above her like a superhero cape - that probably kept scaring her the whole time. I ended up catching her when she was on the top of old clock hanging under the ceiling, with the closest furniture being over 1 meter below. I'm pretty sure she's been a bit crazy since then :3
