It's a draw. So, does that mean that Kagerou and Isokaze are actually the same size? Judging by their official arts Isokaze still seems to be bigger in that area... But who knows I might be wrong on that...

x - No way △ - Barely acceptable ○ - Good
For the context in the image.
Neutral would be indicated by - or ... (no comment).
△ is used by Japanese teachers to indicate answers that are not completely incorrect (i.e. close, but not quite). x is used for wrong answers (usually no marks assigned at all), but most teachers will just use a diagonal / line instead as a shorthand. ○ indicates correct answers (flower petals around ○ are used for exceptionally good answers).
For Japanese gamers, △ is used to indicate elemental weaknesses (or otherwise poor compatibility) in wikis/walkthroughs/in-game bestiaries. x indicates more severe weaknesses (for comparison, a fire element monster will usually be △ to water/ice, but undead will be x to holy/light/radiant damage). - is used for neutral compatibility, while ○ generally indicates elemental resistance.

My bad then...
In sports those signs are usually represented in the next fashion:
O Win △ Draw X Loss
...And it keeps the same meaning in Japan aswell (as anime/mangas like Captain Tsubasa have proven for instance)... So I just pretty much assumed it could potentially mean the same in this case.
