Technically not a tank, but understandable. The Germans do love to commandeer captured enemy assets, yeah?
It was the best way of fueling expansion of an army their size. They may have been good engineers but as we saw they weren't amazing at mass production. Even if they were Germany is tiny, those factories require space and making new ones in captured lands is a slow process.
