    If you're say, 25 as of 2017 then when Miko Miko Nurse came out you were 11.
    If there's a 11-year-old kid who played the game and would recognize the meme his name must be K.Katsuragi. (For the record, I'm in my mid-20s and this is the first time I've ever heard of this game.)
