The rare Yukiham receives nourishment from the "Admiral", which she has a symbiotic relationship with. Wasting no time, she places the food into her cheek pouches. Upon returning to her nest, she will secrete the food into her stockpile, which she will use to sustain herself throughout the harsh winter.
Now I'm incredibly wary that suddenly masara dropped such a nice thing like this for this series.
Maybe readers were starting to make parallels between this admiral and the piece of shit from the previous one, so he made this comic to make it clear that this one is worth caring for.
Or the next page will go into shitty admiral pool...
Though this particular admiral doesn't seem bad.
This admiral is insecure, socially awkward, can't read the mood (thus the glasses that form the premise of the series), can get a bit self-absorbed, and has a bit more interest in destroyers than the MPs might like...
But he's not nearly as dysfunctional as the "number of sexual partners glasses" admiral was. Although paralysis in the face of the Kaga-Zuikaku-Shoukaku deadlock isn't ideal, it's better than trying to do them all (though to be fair, that may be because he knows damn well he isn't smooth enough to get away with it).
Also, childlike Yukikaze is adorable, and he's a good daddy to her (if perhaps spoiling her a bit too much).

This whole series has been far less cruel than his previous ones, so yeah, I'll believe it. (Even the previous series had ones that were lighter than the others. I.E. Fubuki had a loving monogamous relationship with a long-term boyfriend, which hardly would put her in the same "slut-shaming" bin as characters like the Kongou sisters were put into.)
since Yukikaze get second remodel now Yukikaze look same age as Shiratsuyu class than Akatsuki class kiddie
