Fairly confident it's a duplicate. If there's a difference it is pixel fine.

Revisions imply something visually changed, and outside of the CRC I'm not seeing any obvious changes. Even the file size is basically the same.

The artist fixed a layering issue in the top left panel. There are minute differences along the panel edges and around the speech bubble that are pretty much impossible to spot with the naked eye.
