I'd say it's the feeling it gave. This game makes a parent out of you. You can determine where your frog goes to a certain extent by using specific items, and there are several kinds of food that'll make him stay out longer. Other than that, it's completely random. You don't control your frog, and he has a mind of his own. It's like waiting for your kid to go on a trip, all you can do is just pack his bags. When he is minding his own business at home, you will wish he could go out there and make some friends. When he is travelling out there, you will start to worry about him and want to see him come back soon.
