They also look like dango to some extend. Added this tag for now. If someone should know better then please change it. Maybe the commentary has some information..?
I lean more to tanghulu than dango. This is a Lunar new year theme post after all. Because of its color (red = lucky) and sharp ( round = happiness and family reunion), it's popular to this spring festival. I don't know much about dango, but I never saw red dango before.
