Le Fantasque herself was the slowest of the sisters, with 42.71kts trial speed (Tashkent's was 43.53kts). Though in fairness, she almost certainly did her trials in more realistic conditions than the Italian-built Tashkent. I'm not sure whether Tashkent had turrets installed when she ran her speed trials (actual Regia Marina ships usually didn't) but at most she would've run them with her interim armament of 3 single 130mm/50 guns. Since delays in building the 3 twin turrets meant they weren't actually installed until 21 months after she entered service.
Le Terrible on the other hand hit 45.03kts which IIRC is the fastest any destroyer ever achieved. (Corvettes aren't destroyers, Skjold. Shut up.)
