Was going to make a joke about Aya liking them young, But then my mind was like but Aya needs to date young humans so she can have a longer relationship with them since she lives for hundreds and hundreds of years maybe even thousands. That brings into the question what is the lifespan of a human in Gensokyo. Anyways putting aside my overthinking brain I wish Aya would hug me from behind.

A normal Human would probably live more towards the maximum lifespan for a regular person given how favorable the conditions inside the Human Village seem to be (so around 90+ years). But since there's been a fair amount of interbreeding with the Humans and Youkai, it's very likely that most of the people in the Village actually have some Youkai blood inside them. So...they might be the equivalent of Methuselahs now and age a LOT slower.

I'd more likely say that the average lifespan would be around 40-50 years barring those that get eaten by youkai, since medical technology of Gensokyo is going to be far lower than the outside world barring the wealthy few who can afford Eintei's medical treatments.
I don't think interbreeding between humans and youkai is all that common, as the only example is Rinnosuke, who lives isolated from everyone else.
