It seems pretty clear from context that there is at most continuity between only a couple isolated sets of these different Kasumi comics at a time. Maybe it's better to consider it more of a spectrum of commander reactions to Kasumi, from bittersweet to just plain bitter.

I was under the impression it was just one-off (mostly) Kasumi comics with varying themes based on whatever idea pops into zeroyon's head.
But still, I won't be doing it without her consent if that ever comes. She hates her commander, but it's not like she broke a rule or anything. I mean, she's obeyed orders enough to get her Kai-2 after all.
