Probably meant "Carbon Lining" inside the GuP-verse tanks that's vaunted as being able to absorb impacts from direct hits without causing spalling. It also, apparently, can allow a Hetzer to wedge itself under a Maus and still walk away from holding up that monstrosity of an armored vehicle (with the Type 89 parallel-parking on the upper deck of the Maus) without being crushed like tin foil. The Hetzer might've only made it about 30 feet away afterwards, but I doubt it could survive lifting a 188-ton tank in the first place.
It's literally the equivalent of saying "It's magic. It ain't gunna explain shit."
