Man, that's a word that doesn't exist in any dictionary I could find. There were a sum total of 11 hits on Google, but the usage there was consistent. I guess it means "appetite inducing"? As far as I can tell it should be "appetitive".
Altered the translation text, due to context. The word she used ("kirei") can translate to either "pretty" or "clean". Considering the context (and the hole being used), I think "clean" is the wording she's going for here.
