This has a lot of Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault vibes. Probably because that game also features the Riot Gun.

    Browning Auto-5

The art is indeed depicting a full length Browning Auto-5, but it would be more appropriate for her to be wielding the shorter Remington Model 11 riot. Though, the U.S. military used both Browning Auto 5s riots and Model 11s during the war.

The U.S. Navy contracted around 60,000 Remington M11s. Aside from the standard riot models that were used by sailors and marines in combat, several of them were converted and fit on gun mounts for aerial gunnery training.

Shes holding one because the rear end of an auto-5 is part of her rigging, it's attached to her 6"/47s.

I'm well aware that her rigging references one of the two (more likely the Model 11, literally the Auto-5 made by Remington), which is why I'm saying it would be better to depict her with a shorter, riot Model 11 rather than a full length variant in this artwork, considering it's historic use by the navy.

Fairy: HEY HEY HEY HEY (Miss Helena, please get off the hood, I can’t see past you to drive.)

Helena: You can neither see over the dash, nor can you reach any pedals.

I know it wouldn’t work, but I can’t help but see some guy manning that thing as his dedicated anti-Aircraft position. The image of a guy unloading 12 gauge buckshot while swiveling to track a Zero is funny to me.
