I don't understand the "ちょっとカルくシメたるか" sentence, and am not sure about the smaller case sentence too.
It's Yakuza(-sounding) slang. People sometimes use it to sound more intimidating, or for comedic effect.
Equivalent would be English mafioso(-sounding) speech.

Also note the とかいう (the so-called X...) endings, indicating Golshi's aware of the names but doesn't know who they are. Likely she just saw the names written down by McQueen on post #4609342.
