Is there a problem with the idols of Hololive China? I know the whole Taiwan deal is a black stain upon Hololive's history, but that's not the idols' fault, hence why I would like to see them here.

... I'm sorry but isn't Hero Hei almost universally despised by the vast majority of the community?
I see Hero Hei in the same way I do Sankaku Complex: massively biased and prone to making dogshit news reports, but sometimes, they are right on the money, on top making regular news reports. For example, he and Sancucku were pretty on point in regards to the whole Vic Mignona situation.
But yeah, it sucks that HoloCN were that way. I would still like to see them represented by this artist, regardless, but nothing more beyond that.

To be honest HoloCN was okay, but a lot of factors that keep being from popular are the limitations (they use bilibili than youtube) and rarely (but yeah they do had twitter) presence. Only some people would know them or being a Chinese itself.
That "incident" literally axe that branch to it's doom as it force them to retire thanks to idiots who can't place their nationalism in the right place. (Almost as worse as being a religious zealot) And now have new identities as indies.

He is but its either him or Woo Hoo Lad that also did coverage on the situation, I suggessested Hei cause that's how I personally found out about the situation aside from Reddit

In General I feel like if you want someone who does vtuber news on Youtube your best bet is FalseEyeD. He's not a nut like Woo Hoo Lad and he doesn't treat Twitter drama as news like Hero Hei (I know he wasn't doing that during the Taiwan thing, I'm just saying that now he's the better alternative for vtuber news.)

How could I forget about mentioning and recomending FalseEyeD lol, literally the only person I watch for VTuber news, but yes he's also a good for this sort of stuff (and you get an up vote for this my friend)
