Reflection's hairstyle does not match, and a a crack in the mirror crosses the real pair of scissors. Not sure if they are intentional or an error; I'm leaning towards intentional for the former and an error for the latter.

Definetly intentional for the former, that's Mizuki's hairstyle when they were in middle school and had a male appearance/were male The way they present themselves and the insecurities/loneliness that come with it are a big part of their character (hence the mannequins and scissors and etc) The scissors are likely an error.
