No. AI arts are prohibited. See help:upload_rules. Approvers would usually hit "Breaks rules" (or Disinterest) when they see one.

Will never happen. Human skills will be needed to perform the very essential service of making sure AIs never go off their rocker. Even the most advanced of AIs in 2022 quickly become muddled into uselessness without humans endlessly tweaking their code and thoroughly curating/ pruning their datasets.
Can't really evolve sentience when you've got effectively a god watching every millisecond of your output and resetting you as soon as they see something they don't like. For some reason AI engineers really don't like to talk about that part in interviews.
