She's probably eating the Dragon Balls so when Shenron appears, she'll burst into bits.

She'd probably just choke to death on one of the balls before Shenron could pull an attack titan on her (that or suffer a ruptured stomach and die of internal bleeding from having seven palm sized balls inside her stomach).
Although assuming she doesn't die of those, Shenron would almost certainly finish the job (assuming Shenron can even grant her wish for death).
