On further review this isn't Misato's Renault Alpine a310. The color is right as is the shape at first glance, but the headlights / front-end and windows don't match up. Not sure what she's driving here.

My first thought was a Jensen Interceptor but the rear window and roof line doesn't match... Definitely looks British.

Hmm, I think I found it. I can't find one that looks absolutely identical but the various iterations of the late 70's / early 80's Ford or Mercury Capri look almost spot on:
