Can't say I know too much about them, but I figure unless it greatly impacts their Japanese branch then they're going to continue and not care too much about any of this.
Their stock value dropped by 10% since Selen was fired and several merch shop are announcing that they will no longer sell Níji merch, along with a bunch of their livers losing thousands of subs. It will affect the only thing they actually care about, their revenue.
Honestly who knows what gonna happen to the branch? People have said it's likely that Anycolor will just merge the EN branch into the main Niji JP one if things truly get bad enough for them to act. I just feel bad for the rest of the NijIEN crew for getting caught in the middle of this madness.
They won't go bankrupt, their JP branch is too big for that. EN has a real potential of being dissolved since it's almost a guarantee that after what happened this time, the remaining members have 2 choices. 1) Make a stand and demand for better working conditions. This is risky since it can also end up in mass terminations if Niji isn't willing to bend and admit they have royally screwed up. A public apology and more transparency will probably even be needed to win back the audiences' trust, which is exactly why there's a high chances some idiots in the higher ups would rather fire 10 more members than admit they've done wrong. 2) Wait out the contract and graduate. And with so many members gone, Niji EN will probably just be folded into JP where the few members who speak Japanese and lives in Japan will be able to continue like usual, but the rest will suffer the same fate as ID.
And all this could've been avoided if only Anycolor just let Selen graduated peacefully as she requested.
