I've tried JolliBees once, and I thought the chicken was comparable to Popeyes and other fried chicken places. Though if you're not eating the chicken with the gravy they serve with it, then I could understand why it would seem worse. Their chicken's coating is intended to be soaked in gravy and can come off as very dry and hard without it.
