It's not like she is in Girls' Frontline or anything, so she'll be fiiiine

From what I understood (at this point in the story/lore) you can't bring back the original Richard as she was Deleted as a concept (ie the idea of a shipgirl called Bon Homme Richard is gone as a whole) from all timelines but since we do know what and who she is you could technically recreate her from scratch, I'm not sure if it will be the same person though

that being said I want her back too :(
