Most art on Danbooru is posted by someone else and is completely allowed. However, the uploader does need to include the source link and artist tag so the artist is properly credited. The copyright (series) tag also needs to be added, as well as several general tags.
If you don't want to see posts not uploaded by the actual artist, include self-upload in your search.
