Wouldn't this be ai-assisted?

The clipboard's movements really screwed up the generator. It simultaneously pases through the arm and temporarily makes the arm disappear (weirdest just before 0:03). Her watch completely vanishes and never comes back.

Good question, we have the pictures used as start and end frames for this so we know it's not fully generated, but the machine is clearly responsible for 90% of this post.
We really should come to a conclusion quickly, powerful video generation models, including one that can run even on 8GB cards, have just been released and competition is heating up in that space. Expect to see a lot more img2vid generations getting posted in this year.

If the first and end frames were done by the artist, which seems to be the case, then the disappearing watch is an error caused by the artist since the last frame didn't have a watch.

Added the commentary where the artist mentioned which AI was used.
The fade in her hairstyle from long hair with a one side up, to a side ponytail with a sidelock over her shoulder is fun too
You can see the AI assuming it to be twintails in the in-between frames.
