Looks like the theme is mix-and-match outfits. Top and hair elements seems to be from Spectra of Nova, one leg is from her Casual outfit, Beret and skirt are her casual outfit, showgirl skirt element is from Stellar into the Galaxy, not sure what other elements can be identified.
