Good luck with that. Anime models often have exaggerated proportions, particularly the long legs and skinny bodies. There are ways to calculate the bustline of 3D models with software such as Blender, but even if you know the relationship between in-game units, Blender units, and real-world measurements, your measurement will most likely underestimate her “canon” measurements.
