I tagged the characters I know, but character request/copyright request on the rest. Also annotation request so that users can more easily identify them.

Thanks! It can be hard to tell cats apart. There's supposedly a human in this picture, but I've looked and looked without being able to find anything.

A user deleted the notes for this post around 3 and a half year ago but didn't remove to annotated tag.
This user hasn't done anything else on Danbooru aside from deleting these notes. So I highly suspect this was done on accident.

For now I replaced annotated with annotation request. If someone else could take a look at the notes that would be greatly appreciated.

It was probably either an accident, vandalism, or the user thinking they weren't needed. I restored the notes, though I wish we could simply undo changes rather than having to use "Revert to" for each note like we can with tags.
