If I had to guess... Yuuka's the designated tank/fighter... Kaguya's got to be the cleric, since she doesn't look like the fighting type here. The other three are not so easy... Yukari might work as a mage. Got no idea for Remillia and Yuyuko though.
Yuyuko would work better as a healer type, since she was a priestess in life. Remilia could be a necromancer kind of caster, with health draining spells. Kaguya, I dunno. Yukari is one of those wild card characters, like a thief.
