I think, rather than Luka getting into a deathmatch with Momo, she's going to go after Meiko again (and lose, because Meiko is apparently unbeatable).
That or attempt a swift rescue of Chibi-Miku, but I doubt it, Luka, much like Len, Kaito, or Haku, has not had a good track record of success.
Also, please tell me I'm not the only one who saw a crumpled roll of toilet paper in the first panel and was really confused for a second.
Now I see the toilet paper you were talking about. You've got quite an imagination. What surprised me was how Hatsune Miku got wasted, I didn't think she drank. What's the legal drinking age in Japan anyway? (I guess that question is irrelevant seeing that they live in Vocalotown)

The question is irrelevant because Meiko is the type of person that would not only offer alcohol to a minor, but insist they drink it.

The legal drinking age in Japan is 21. But, since there's beer available in vending machines, well...
And I vote for Luka preventing FL-chan from going into that mess. I mean, she's her boss.
The way I see it, With the way FL-Chan leans back like that, along with those "nervous-lines" on her forehead, signifies that she is the one saying "Uuum~". "Um" should be noted as a sign of concern and/or nervousness. Luka is in a position that signals she is going in.
The smack on the bottom is what makes the predicament confusing, whether she is pulling in FL-Chan or holding her back should be obvious from just that statement. Holding someone back would imply simply putting your arm in their path to block their progress. But the smack would signify forceful skin contact, most likely from a quick grasp of FL-Chan's arm. This must mean Luka is planning to pull FL-Chan into the fray, and thus, hilarity shall then ensue.
