This. Its hard now a days to try to find a more canonical story of Touhou instead of all out Fanon. Prime example? Happy Flame Time. His work is 100% Super Fanon. I'm not saying its bad. But the fanon is getting exceedingly worst when Fanon starts to overtake Canon.
FRien said: Mmm. It is canon that Eirin is the one leading the Eientei. Kaguya is maybe a princess, Eirin is the one deciding and organizing all the stuff.
She might be too busy doing all that to clean her own room.

Start hitting "c" instead of "f" when checking out Touhou _anon. Or the other way around if you prefer fan-made stuff.
Of course, the canon stuff tends to make more sense than the fanon stuff, but the fanon stuff tries to make sense of the bits canon misses and when the game creator fills in these gaps the fandom gets pissy about losing pairings because their character isn't a blank slate any-more and try working around it and oh no I've gone cross-eyed.

some folks prefer bad fanon because it gives them their yuri angst dwama that yurifags all love.
Though canon isn't the most accessible (endings aren't the easiest things to get, and a good chunk of the canon side materials, such as the three fairies manga and CiLR aren't completely translated yet)

Unfortunately, you may be right. I've been trying to 1CC some of the Touhou games lately and I'm still having trouble when it comes to the last stage or so. This may or may not be attributed to my pride and not wanting to play on Easy. Then again, if I wanted story, I'd just go to that wikia thing and read from there.
And with translations, I guess there's nothing much you can do except await translation. Although if they're here, that might take a while. It'd be faster and more efficient to just learn Japanese and help with the translations, but I guess that'd take out time from the sex-tale orgy-fest.
I think someone's getting annoyed at our chat, StridentTuna. At a guess, deviant thought on the Touhou Canon/Fanon front confuses and angers people. This isn't good since some people like to convince themselves that some things exist or don't exist. Next time, if we want to converse such matters, we'll either have to cut our rambling down, or make the posts more stereotypically fanboyish.
And, just to be on-topic, Kaguya technically out-ranks Eirin (in terms of that whole boss-ranking thing), which is probably why she's telling her off for not cleaning up.

Well yes they are, because Kaguya is not supposed to be organizing cleaning in both canon and fanon. I think you already knew that fanon calls her a NEET, but in Inabas of the Moon/Earth there was a 4koma where Reisen dreamt about Kaguya organizing the cleaning (which looked surprisingly like the 1st panel here) and she immediately woke up from the shock.

I probably shouldn't be saying this, but there is a wiki with all the Touhou endings translated...well, except for the PC-98 ones. It's not the Touhou Wiki, and it's incredibly hard to find. I can never remember what the address is. I don't think you can even find it on a search engine.

Y'do know how to use the History function on your web browser, right? Search that for Touhou, see if any icons pop up (unless you don't have history saved, in which case...why?)

Seems more like in-game Gensokyo. Okay, Reimu's a special case, but the characters aren't totally out of character.
Well, Kaguya is acting kind of atypical from what we know of her in canon. In the canon manga Inaba of the Moon and Inaba of the Earth, Kaguya is notoriously lazy - case in point, in one chapter, Reisen has a nightmare where everyone is acting abnormal, and Kaguya's big difference is that she's sharply and diligently ordering around the rabbits (just like she is in this comic) rather than lazing about.
