Given in the parent post Sakuya is her spotter I'd say she's aiming a god ways out. The translation says short to mid range sniping so I'd think 300 yards would reasonably fall in there. She doesn't put much info on her target though. Just name and number of rounds.

Maybe they were zeroing her rifle? It's not a bad score, mind; but it just seems like kind of a novice shot pattern (no real grouping in the shots.)

I believe it is a parody of magpuls new art of precision rifle where they are engaging targets 600-1000 yards out.
