I'll randomly guess a cool redesign of Hijiri, but my real answer is "I don't know."

I'm leaning more towards this. Not to mention, I just read "Maiden Illusionary Funeral Before and After" by Visionnerz, which portrayed a living Yuyuko in this style.

Why would Yuyuko dress as a monk?

Definitely saigyouji_yuyuko_(living) from that doujin.
1. She looks just like her; hair, clothes and staff.
2. In that story Yuyuko was more Hijiri than Hijiri while alive, and didn't want anyone to suffer.
3. She looks like she's being presented "flowers for the dead". And in MIFBaA ghost!Yuyu is definitely not the same person as human!Yuyu.

To kwendynew, in the doujin she was a monk. A badass one.

Why is this under misleading thumbnails? I went back & forth trying to figure it out, didn't see anything...

Well, maybe it's because Yuyuko (Living) in the thumbnail looks like a redesign of Byakuren... or Kaguya, in my opinion.
