It was a image that appeared on 4chan's /d/ of a futanari masturbating by humping a melon she had cut a hole into. It was part of a of a doujin, which of course was quickly picked up and translated when it was released (much to the dismay of the artist if I recall). It was one of /d/'s "holy grails" at one time I think.

Sounds like I need to go to /d/ a little more often.
