Yeah, seems like a bit of work to build up a whole console tagging hierarchy for something like this. It's rarely the focus of the image either. I'd say to just tag the console in the image.
I'm strongly opposed to this. If the Xbox tag gets infected with a million 360 images, that tag will become virtually useless.
EDIT: On second thought you could search for just the original Xbox by going xbox -360, but it's still a bad idea in my opinion, just really counterintuitive.
