rename brawl -> brawl_(transformers)

Generic name with no qualifier

Just saying that Transformers has more character tags without qualifier, and most of them are generic too.

The golden rule for mega BURs is to make it easy for me to approve:

• Make it easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about Transformers, and doesn't particularly care to learn.
• Don't put unrelated changes in the same BUR. Don't do something like "let's add _(transformers) to every character" and "let's change these random characters' names from Japanese to English" at the same time. It blocks the whole BUR if there are a bunch of unrelated changes I have verify.
• If the BUR has more than 100 lines, then it has to be broken up into smaller BURs. This is to discourage huge "change these 500 unrelated tags at once" BURs that are hard to approve.
• All wikis using the old tags will need to be fixed to use the new tags. The site tries to do this automatically, but it can't always do it by itself, so it needs to be double checked. This is the job of the requester, since I have neither the time nor knowledge to fix hundreds of wikis for a series I know nothing about.

I'd say only the names that are straight up everyday words really need to be qualified. Stuff like Soundwave and Bumblebee should be qualified, but not things like say Thundercracker or Arcee that aren't used anywhere else. We don't want to qualify too many TF names, and end up like Genshin Impact where even characters with full names had unnecessary qualifiers until fairly recently. I'll take a look through the names again later and put together a full list of the ones that should be swapped. Then there's also the question of whether BW characters should have the Transformers qualifier or Beast Wars qualifier, cuz there's sometimes entirely separate characters with the same names in both (see: Inferno (Transformers) and Inferno (Beast Wars))
