I contacted the uploader and it seems those were not private at the moment of upload, so they're allowed.
@theadonicus @Talulah in cases like these when it's not some random newly registered user uploading them, and they have a fanbox source on upload, you should contact the uploader first, because it's not uncommon for fanbox artists to make their posts private after a while.
