Facial mark implications

BUR #7263 has been approved by @evazion.

create implication crescent_facial_mark -> crescent
create implication crescent_facial_mark -> facial_mark
create implication heart_facial_mark -> heart
create implication heart_facial_mark -> facial_mark
create implication star_facial_mark -> star_(symbol)
create implication star_facial_mark -> facial_mark

There's also teardrop facial mark vs teardrop tattoo. I think these can be safely merged together. Thoughts?

Teardrop facial marks might not necessarily be tattoos, while teardrop tattoos might not necessarily be on the face. That said, based on current examples, I think we can safely merge teardrop tattoo into teardrop facial mark because they almost exclusively occur on the face anyway.

If any counterexamples pop up, we can move them into a separate teardrop mark or teardrop symbol tag.

I'm not too sure about these implications after thinking about this. The wiki for star facial mark even says that it could apply to star tattoos for example.

However, there's no way for us to tell tattoos and marks apart. Looking at facial tattoo, I spot a lot of things that I would consider facial marks, like post #4797463.

This was even brought up as an argument for aliasing them in topic #16470. Perhaps it might be a good time to revisit this.
