Dealing with Lobotomy Corporation/Library of Ruina characters

At the moment the tags are a bit all over the place, the main problem is that characters appearing in the first game also appear in the next one, with a slightly different design.
Should they be qualified as simply *_(project_moon)?

rename ryoshu -> ryoshu_(limbus_company)
rename hong_lu -> hong_lu_(limbus_company)
rename rodion -> rodion_(limbus_company)
rename outis -> outis_(limbus_company)
rename charon_(project_moon) -> charon_(limbus_company)

Standardization with other character tags
