If the objective of the tag is specifically for the papers, then calling it something like "test paper" could make clearer what the tag is specifically for.
Other alternative names include, but are certainly not limited to, "test worksheet, "test answer sheet," "test sheet," and "test form."
Things to consider if considering using the terms quiz or exam. General usage in a school setting would be quiz = short test (ex: a pop quiz at the end of a lesson), exam = long/in-depth test (ex: midterm exams), and test = something between quiz and exam in length (ex: a test after several lessons on a subject).
I was going to suggest test paper, but then i realized that the wiki doesn't exclude tests done, for example, on a chalkboard. However, skimming through the tag i can't find it used in any other way other than test sheet papers (ignoring mistags).
The bulk update request #8652 (forum #204372) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
