Tag Alias: blackboard -> chalkboard

Honestly I think I've heard blackboard a lot more than chalkboard... but then again where I live chalkboards are being completely replaced by whiteboards/dry-erase boards and are somewhat a rarity at the public schools now.

Anyways +1 for the alias with no preference in the direction, though saying not all chalkboards are blackboards seems rather silly to me.

I used to work for a chalkboard company, and consider the two entirely synonymous. I'd say definitely do the alias in one direction or the other to capture the semantics, but direction isn't important

@T5J8F8, I'd consider black_board two seperate words meaning specifically a board that was black, it's the compound word that refers to the concept. If we alias these in too it wouldn't hurt, but I'd consider them incorrect.

Meh, let's leave out the off-topic spelling nitpicking. It's not like Shinjidude is some egregious abuser of English, and the misspelling is not relevant to the alias, so come on, cut him some slack. Especially when he's making an on-topic contribution to the thread.

I'm going with chalkboard, by the way. Done.

I generally hold back and don't do that (really!). But every time I see "seperate", the homicide centre in my brain activates, so I really can't let this one pass. Especially since I've been poking Shinjidude about this very misspelling before.
