create alias jam_cookie -> thumbprint_cookie

I am puzzled at the arguments in the other thread. post #1129329 is a thumbprint cookie that's not a jam cookie, tagging it jam cookie seems stupid. But jam and thumbprint cookies are the same concept of a cookie with a hole in the middle done with your thumb, so we don't need them to be separate tags either, so might as well just have the more generalized term the main tag.

Tarts can be salty/non-fruit too.

Aren't there jam cookies that are not thumbprint cookies though? e.g. post #1026061 Or do we just go with sandwich cookie? It's not a big deal tho so I won't bother.
