user #355153 keeps coming back to remove artist, character and copyright tags from jenny_(littlekittymiau)'s Nekopara cosplay photos. This is apparently a crusade to them (see comment #1730337).

They've been doing this for years so I'm just going to go ahead and permanently evict them.
