A traditional Korean hat. Fixing its lengthy qualifier as well. Currently there are no other hats called such.

Attempting this again in light of the fact that visor caps were considered hats when deprecating the colored headwear tags (forum #268799) and we have a bunch of ambiguous colored visor tags that need cleaning up (forum #344694) and there should be a standard on if visor caps are, in fact, hats especially for the purposes of color tagging.

Most of the posts under the biretta tag look to be wrong. They don't match the wiki description, or the Wikipedia description, or a Google image search. In fact it looks like the tag was created by @rbc801 for Cardinal Armand but then incorrectly populated by @thelieutenant on nearly everything else.
