I'm seeing "Elisa the Nine-Tattooed Dragon" (NA, with an s) and "Nine-Tattoo Dragon Eliza" (with a z). This BUR is a mix of both, but we should be using only one.

The "Eliza the Nine-Tattooed Dragon" name is the one used by the Type Moon wiki. The only official name is "Elisa the Nine-Tattooed Dragon" from the NA version of FGO. However, consider that she's a derivative of Elizabeth Bathory. FGO's NA localization uses "s" instead of "z" for Elizabeth, but her tags on the site still use "z". I think that it should be kept consistent, so either keep Eliza with a "z" or change it to Elisa with an "s" and then have Elizabeth follow suit by changing her tags' spelling to an "s" as well. I'm personally in favor of the "z" spelling because the site has preferred fan translation over official localization in the past (see: Altria). Also, it just looks better and is consistent with the historical figure.

Something to keep in mind: some recent fate properties still use the "z" spelling, such as the EXTELLA games, but other recent fate properties (such as the 2024 FSN remake) fall in line with FGO's other localization choices. Her only other appearances in properties with official English translations are the EXTELLA games, but they also use the old localization choices, so if she ever appears in something else, they could opt for the "s" spelling instead. Depends on whether precedent or consistency with recent official localization is more important.
