I'm kind of indifferent on whether or not this goes though tbh. It actually makes sense as an umbrella tag since the characters share a designer and visual themes (as opposed to say, Fionn mac Cumhaill (Fate/Zero) and Fionn mac Cumhaill (Fate/Grand Order)) but also like... is anyone really searching for both at the same time? (Li Shuwen (Young) and Li Shuwen (Old) feel silly to be implied to an umbrella tag for the same reason, but that's like, for an actual separate forum thread, I think.)

Alternatively. ETA: Not sure what the secret third option of leaving this tag alone would be for...? If someone can justify to me the point of keeping the ambiguous tag around, not deprecated and not being implied by the two distinct variants of Moriarty, I'm quite curious.

rename hephaestion_(fate)_(non-official) -> hephaestion's_brother_(fate)
Silly tagname. We don't qualify Guinevere with "non-official" even though she's never appeared in any Fate media. Having the tagname be "Hephaestion's brother" to avoid confusion with Faker herself.
