Extra taggin for pantsu

I'm not sure if this is the right question to ask, well to questions really.

Ok the first one. would it be possilbe to have a tag called windblown for pictures of girls with the windblown look.
And 2nd, anyone know a selection of anime titles that have scenes of windblown action and panty flashing, i.e skirts blowing up.

There's the wind_lift tag, and somewhat related the skirt_lift tag which is not necessarily the wind doing it.

Pretty sure that was the right episode. Chii is out with Sumomo to buy some underwear, wind blows up the skirts of a couple of passing girls

Hahaha, good point! But I was referring specifically to the scene where the wind blows up the skirt of girls while those two guys are sitting on a bench. It was episode 4! (Seems to be a pattern!)
